Andrea Bowen is a famous American actor. Her acting career began by appearing in Broadway shows like Les Miserables, The Sound of Music and The Sound of Music. She began portraying the character of Julie Mayer on the ABC comedy-drama series Desperate Housewives, a role she played on a regular up to the year 2008. Julie Alexandra Mayer is the most senior of the children of Susan Delfino and Karl Mayer. Growing up Julie was the perfect kid for Susan her parents. She was seen as their mother when it came to their relationship. She prepared meals, cleaned up and offered her mother advice on dating. Growing up within New York City, Mitchell obtained a bachelor's degree in English literature from The University of Pennsylvania.
